Each year the outreach department of I Care Counseling, LLC will offer one or more Survival Dorm Kits up to $400 in value to the selected candidate(s) that aspire to further their education at the collegiate level. This award is determined on a competitive basis and requires the submission of an essay along with additional documents. All qualified youth are encouraged to apply.
