All appointments are confirmed via email and phone. Do not show for an unscheduled appointment.
Please contact us 24 hours prior to canceling an appointment to avoid charges. If you "no show" for an appointment, you will be taken off our schedule until you contact the therapist. The therapist will wait no more than 15 minutes after scheduled start time. Clients that do not show during that time are considered a no show.
